Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original Lugz shoebox and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed once the warehouse inspects the goods.
